This is for couples who are done settling and ready to rise.
Example of how sessions work:
Week 1: Individual session for you + Individual session for your partner (60 minutes each)
Week 2: Joint Session (90 minutes)
Every week will alternate as such.
You can join the session together, or you can join separately from wherever you are. All sessions are via Zoom and feel as if we are meeting in person.
